Four Oaks Estate, Sutton Coldfield

This project began with a massive site clearance, removing hundreds of tons of material from the untouched original landscape of this century-old home. The goal was to create a seamless and stylish outdoor space that effortlessly reflected the character of the property.

Achieving this required careful planning and collaboration with the client. Numerous design meetings took place to ensure every detail aligned with their vision to create the perfect garden and driveway. Product selection was particularly crucial—not only did the materials need to look beautiful on their own, but they also had to complement the period architecture of the house.

The final design seamlessly blended elegance with functionality. A large porcelain patio was installed, carefully chosen to imitate the look of rough-cut stone, maintaining the character of the period property. The design also included large formal planting beds and a spacious children’s play area, ensuring a family-friendly outdoor space.

To enhance accessibility and curb appeal, we created a clay block paved driveway with an in-and-out entrance, complete with stylish gates. A thoughtfully curated planting scheme, along with other bespoke features, added depth and visual interest to the landscape.
