Terms

The terms and conditions of Style Earth are as follows:

Scope of Work
The company will provide landscape design and construction services as agreed in the quotation or proposal.
Any changes or additions to the original scope must be approved and may incur additional costs.

Estimates & Payments
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the issue date.
A deposit is required before work begins, payment will be made in stages throughout the project. Dates and amounts will be displayed on your quotation
Late payments may result in project delays and/or additional fees.

Materials & Substitutions
Materials will be sourced as per the design specifications. If any materials are unavailable, the company may suggest suitable alternatives.
The client will be informed of any significant changes that may affect the project.

Project Timeline & Delays
Estimated completion dates are provided but may be affected by weather, unforeseen site conditions, or supply chain delays.
The company will not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control.

Site Access & Responsibilities
The client must provide access to the site during working hours and ensure the area is clear of obstacles.
Pets, children, or personal property should be secured to prevent disruptions or accidents.

Warranties & Maintenance
Softscape elements (e.g., plants, turf) are not guaranteed after installation due to varying care and environmental factors.

Liability & Insurance
The company is insured for general liability; however, it is not responsible for damage caused by unforeseen underground conditions, pre-existing issues, or natural disasters.
Any damages caused by the client or third parties after installation are the client’s responsibility.

Termination & Cancellation
Either party may terminate the contract with written notice. Any work completed up to that point must be paid for.
Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of the project.

Driveway & Access Route Disclaimer
The company will take reasonable care when using driveways, pathways, or other access routes to transport materials and equipment. However, due to the weight of machinery, vehicles, and materials, we cannot be held liable for any damage, including but not limited to cracks, ruts, staining, or other wear and tear that may occur.
It is the client’s responsibility to inform the company of any underground utilities, weak surfaces, or weight restrictions before work begins.
