The challenge of this project was to seamlessly integrate a tranquil spa area, multiple social spaces—some with weather protection—and a beautifully structured formal garden, where planting is key and that enhances this stunning property. With extensive overhanging trees and a completely uneven landscape, we collaborated closely with the client to understand their vision and design a garden that perfectly met their needs

To address the significant level changes, our skilled Style Earth team utilized a range of heavy machinery to excavate hundreds of tons of soil, carefully reshaping the landscape. We incorporated multiple materials to retain the existing ground heights and introduce strong structural elements to the garden.

For seamless access to the Swim Spa and Hot Tub, we strategically sunk the Swim Spa into the ground, ensuring proper drainage and positioning it to avoid damage to tree roots. Expansive porcelain paving was laid to create multiple entertainment areas, offering both style and functionality.

To enhance usability in all weather conditions, we installed sleek aluminum louvered-roof structures—one covering the Swim Spa and another extending from the house—allowing the garden to be enjoyed even on colder, rainy days. A sophisticated lighting system featuring 90 different warm, low-wattage fixtures was carefully integrated, creating an inviting ambiance throughout the space.

Finally, a thoughtfully curated planting plan brought the garden to life, offering year-round interest with striking architectural features. The result was a truly stunning transformation that not only met but exceeded the client’s expectations, delivering a garden they once thought was impossible
